Refund policy
At Elijah's Lab, all gaming PCs are thoroughly tested and verified for 100% functionality before shipment. Because our products are refurbished systems built with new and used components, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
30-Day Limited Hardware Warranty All systems come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. If your PC experiences a hardware defect or failure within this period, contact us and we will work with you to repair, replace the defective component, or issue a refund at our discretion.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video demonstrating the defect
What Is Covered
- Hardware failures not caused by user damage (e.g., failed GPU, RAM, storage drive)
- Components that do not perform as described in the listing
What Is Not Covered
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, or scuffs — these are expected on refurbished items and are not considered defects
- Damage caused by improper use, drops, liquid spills, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues arising from software, operating system reinstalls, or user-installed programs
- Peripherals not included with the system
Returns If you wish to return your system within 30 days of delivery for a covered reason, please reach out before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
